Full Stroke Adjustable Handle Manual Lever Press

The Left/Right Adjustable Handle Press was designed to benefit the left handed production worker, but it also can come in handy when the operator needs to hold tooling or parts with there right hand and operate the press from the left for assembly convenience and flow. The handle can be rotated on either side in 30 degree increments 360 degrees.The Full Stroke Mechanism feature takes the guess work out by preventing the operator from returning the stroke before the operation is complete. The lock is active over the whole stroke not just the last part of the stroke. With repeat accuracy of +/- .005 companies are finding this option invaluable when depending upon correct assemblies every time. The AP-810-RR-AH-FS Adjustable Lever Press is rated to withstand 1000 lbs. of force. This precision assembly press is ideal for pressing, punching, small parts assembly, shearing, crimping and staking. The head of the press can be adjusted for height with (2) clamping screws. The press contains a 3/4" diameter keyed ram that is 14-3/4" long, which will enable the user a taller column for longer strokes.
