Deep Throat Full Stroke Lever Press

Janesville Tool & Manufacturing's Full Stroke Mechanism Presses are designed to eliminate the production of inferior parts caused by incomplete pressing. With the use of an anti-return lock system the operator cannot return the stroke before the operation is complete. (Lock is active over the whole stroke not just the last part of the stroke). The presses are equipped with an Adjustable Down Stop (ADS), Up Stroke Limiter (USL), and a Lock Release Knob which can be used if the pressing operation needs to be aborted to avoid the making of a defective part. This option is currently available on JT&M, Inc. manual presses (ILP-500, DT-500, AP-810, and AP-810-RR) including (AH) models. Add Suffix (-FS) to the end of the model number when ordering. With repeat accuracy of +/-.005 the presses are ideal for small-parts production and precision assembly by installing a line of them each tooled for a specific operation.

The DT-6000 Deep Throat Lever Press allows the user throat clearance of 11 5/8" and overall height of 10" under the ram. This precision assembly press consists of a ground steel base and separate ductile iron column. If needed the clearance under the column can be increased by adding a riser block between the steel base and column flange. The press has a force rating of 200 lbs and contains a 3/4" square ground ram with an adjustable gib for continual accuracy. This press is ideal for circuit board assembly work.
